First day of naplan today, my daughter didn't go sleep until after ten last night as she was too worried ugh. She is 8yrs old and is already under pressure with tests, rediculous. All that pre naplan practicing .. kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it??? My friend's son was worse, had a complete meltdown last night and had bad effects from nerves this morning. ugh. Hope Zeus is still doing ok. thankfully my daughter is still too young for it. it is ridiculous imo we did a test in year 7 for dux of the shcool i got it but the testing ws definately stressed afterwards. i hope your daughter doesn't take it to heart too much as many people who are brainy falter in testing doesn'tmean a thing. zeus is doign well it appears the meds are working touch wood as they are pretty strong :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What a coincidence, I'm turning 21 this year, too! :p RosieFT, that sucks about the test Kids don't need that stress just yet. For my companion animal breeding class at TAFE, we have 2 excursions to breeders as part of our assessments. The first one was to a cat breeder, that was YAWN But the next trip in a few weeks is to a dog breeder. And not only that - a LABRADOR BREEDER!!! Wandys toe seems a little better tonight....Shes not lame on it like she was the other day!!! Must be being confined for two days! That and the rymadil :D She will get her 6 monthly Cartrophen jab on Friday along with a little foot exam....Lucky little red kid! Can anyone here recommend a Pet/House sitter in Perth? We'd like to get away for a long weekend somewhere and need the critters looked after.
