Its an xmas BBQ. There is a show that day so Ptolomy, ST and I won't be able to make it. We can change the date but I have a feeling that with xmas being a busy time there is not going to be a date that suits everyone, is the show during the day or in the evening? We were thinking of the following saturday the 18th but we thought 1 week may be too close to xmas? If everyone can post a weekend day that suits them in december or days they cant make it in december we will work around it. For eg I cant make sunday the 5th as I have a club trial.
