Lab_Rat
I heard you can have just a Handler membership, does anyone have any knowledge about this membership?I would like to enrol a few people as just handlers. J When I first got my girl and started showing her she was still in the breeders name (I had her on breeders terms). I joined with a handler membership. And no, I didnt get a magazine which was a pain, as I also had to fork out for that. But as I remember I didnt have any dramas joining up. Im now a Country Member, bit cheaper than a full normal membership and lots cheaper than a handler membership plus mag subscription. Rat
Drumbeat
So this morning when I was driving on the Roe Highway I saw a white van with a sticker on the window saying 'Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever on board'. I figured it had to be a DOLer, anyone on here??
OSoSwift
I didnt think you would have to have a registered pedigree dog in order to become a member. You don't, but you won't be classed as an Ordinary member unless you have a registered pedigree dog. You will have an associate membership, but if you then get a registered pedigree, you can upgrade your membership to Ordinary. Yep that's what I meant - but I didn't make sense! mirawee
Well thankyou ... do you mean not well supported in terms of - no one goes there with GSD's - or ya just not welcome there if u have one :p Oops sorry, I forgot to check back in - got busy Not many GSD are entered in All breed shows Average is probably only around 4 dogs. Some times you get none entered and sometimes (ie if it is a "GSD" specialist judge) you get 20+. But mostly it is just a handful competing. Like all sports you get people who take things way to seriously and so can be unfriendly, but on the whole most people are quite welcoming

RallyValley
I did my Perth Royal entries online and it was soooooo easy and you get a receipt straight away. Same it was so cool to get all the dogs details up, it should be like that for all shows! Only issue was me using the tab key and arrows instead of a mouse because I am lazy accidently entered Toby in 600 and didn't realise till I read the receipt. So he will be jumping a bit highr then normal. Anyone else doing Bunbury agility trial on the 8th of August?
mirawee
I have done my pony entries for the Royal Haven't even looked at the dogs. Although at this stage I think we will just have 3 in the show and I will only have the Aussies in the agility. vCBR, if you would prefer Toby in 500 send them an email or given them a call. As long as you change it prior to close of entries you will be fine

I thought it was stuck so I entered him in 600 in Bunbury as a 'training run' for the royal, might have to try change that too!
mirawee
Just explain that you pressed the wrong key for the online entry I really don't see how they could not change it if it is before close of entries
