iltby
Hey guys Have been thinking about this for a while and thought I'd finally take the plunge and post it- Basically I'd like to arrange a day where I head down to a popular Sydney dog park with my camera and have a photographing session with DOLers' dogs - I'd like the practice and I'd love to meet some DOLers and their dogs. So basically I guess I'd just like to find out if anyone would be interested in something like that You'd get to keep all your dogs' photos and it would just be a chance for me to gain some more experience. Let me know here or in PM if you're keen - TIA ;) Josie. Edited November 16, 2009 by iltby

gillbear
Have you thought about doing some volunteer rescue photography? Either via rescue groups eg at the Londonderry kennels or visiting a pound eg Hawkesbury. It is a great way of getting heaps of practice with lots of different dogs (and cats). A huge plus is that your work can also make a huge difference to the animals chances of getting new homes or rescue. Talk to the Pound List team or a rescue group like DCH. Vickie
Have you thought about doing some volunteer rescue photography? Either via rescue groups eg at the Londonderry kennels or visiting a pound eg Hawkesbury. Ditto . I have been out to Londonderry a couple of times to take pics but am finding it hard to fit it in with HP. There are SO many wonderful dogs there & great photos make such a difference to finding them a home. I know they would welcome you out there, I hope you consider it. I have 4 here that you're welcome to photograph, a cute kitten & a couple of kids too :D come any time!
