~Lisa~
Well, I really I wouldn't have thought it possible but he has gotten even cuter! I can't believe how much he has grown in 10 days, he is going to be huge. Bonnie is looking so much happier to have him around ;) We look forward to seeing you all on the 31st. If you are ever worried about him being left alone too long you know where we are, I just couldn't promise to give him back Edited January 24, 2010 by ~Lisa~
MsKatie
Whats his estimated adult weight? HE is 20 kgs at the moment - adult weight for males is 40 - 50 kgs - so he will double it at least Rosie has him well sorted though - he follows her round looking at her adoringly - and they play together really well - she lets him steal her toys from her Ask Kelpiehoundmum how much i was stressing over her pup He was the first liver/tan boy born (like his dad) and has his dads same beautiful temp-made it easy to choose which pup was headed to SA Very stressed out!!!! He really does have a gorgeous temperament - good work - he is going to be a great ambassador for bloodhounds ;) I can't believe how much he has grown in 10 days, he is going to be huge. Bonnie is looking so much happier to have him around She still barks at him but he just barks back now cheeky sod We look forward to seeing you all on the 31st. MsKatie
He absolutely loved all of the attention he got from Jo too - he quite happily snuggled up to her for a cuddle he's a pretty relaxed little guy Any more relaxed and he would be comatose We now have a motto for him - "I'm fed - I'm dead" due to his habit of passing out after eating his meal Really looking forward to him meeting everyone too

centitout
Hi Cassie, Edward is going to his first show on the 13th feb,as is Bella. She is then heading off to VIC to be shown for a while while i concentrate on Edward. He will be shown for a year, then he will switch to man trailing(hopefully).Dyson the blanket black has just resumed SAR training this week, and we will also be training at the end of the year for endurance (i have started now ) Sorry KHM,for hijacking,Earl looks very relaxed,he appears to be settling in well. MsKatie
Hijack away - it's good to see Edward and Bella Edward does look - shall we say - larger - than Earl I wish I had the camera tonight- i was trying to have a relaxing bubble bath - Craig is on nights so I left the bathroom door open - bloody Earl and Rosie both looked like they had a raging case of rabies - frothing at the mouth I tried to get Earl into puppy preschool - they wouldn't take him at petstock as he will be 15 weeks and is a big breed but he has been getting lots of socialisation and remains a smoochy boy He sits and waits until I say "You can eat" (well - most times - sometimes it takes a couple of goes ) - he is really good with his toilet training and he is walking really well on the leash. My kids at school are desperate to meet him so I will have to arrange for Craig to bring him in one day. Got all his stuff today so shall insure him So - all is going well - although all is quiet at the moment so shall have to go check out what he and Rosie are up to - hopefully sleeping as I am about to go to bed
MsKatie
Haven't updated this for a while so thought i wold add some new photos of Earl - he is now over 30 kilos - bigger than Rosie (our kelpie) and coming along beautifully. He loves a bath and will try to get in when one is running - even if it isn't for him He has been to my sons football training a couple of times and of course to a couple of DOL meets - he has a short morning walk and sometimes an evening one too - but he is learning what he can and can't get away with which - given the size he is going to be - is very important. SO here he is I loooove my squeaky toy Did you want me..........? Duelling doggies *L* J/K But Mum - I told you my basket wasn't big enough..... Size comparison - Earl and Rosie Will try and keep this thread updated ;) Happy Easter everyone
