hercules&dazey Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 hi our hercules is the most obidient dog i have ever had, of lead he will come when called and so on. but dazey we have only had her 6 weeks and she is dog aggressive at the beach and dog park she is approx. 8yrs old any one have any ideas on how to stop this? will she learn from herc how to be good? Animal House Posted November 6, 2009 Share Posted November 6, 2009 Hi there H&D If Dazey is being dog aggressive, you should keep her on leash everywhere you go, even offleash parks or the beach. You can always get a long line and keep her on it at the beach if you want her to go swimming. Do you know her history? Being 8 and you've only had her 6 weeks, I would keep her safely away from other dogs until you find out why she is DA. What area are you in, someone could recommend a trainer/behaviourist.
