Wahl Km2 Clippers

I received my new clippers in the post this week.

Have only just sat down with them to read the instructions and have a fiddle.

The booklet says that to change the blades, you just press the grey button and slide the blades away from the machine and to do that when the machine is off.

To put them on, turn the machine on and slide them on.

I have pressed and pushed the grey button, but I'm not having any joy getting the blades off.

Is there something I'm not doing? Is there a secret technique that I just don't know, or should I be back in touch with the seller?

I'm trying to picture what I do.... Ok, I push the lever with my thumb and flick it off using pressure on the table.

eta: the blade needs to open 'out' a bit before coming off. Hope that makes sense. If that doesn't work I'll go and have a look at mine and come back to you.

Yep, you just flick it out (as if to bend the blade)and the blade will pretty much fall off.

Ah, thank you. A little more force than I was using

My old ones (Thrive) don't require nearly as much force. That may have been because they were old, or just the different design.
