Vic Agility Website?

haha - I know :(

I had to figure out whether I was entering one day or two days which I only could find out pending on our obedience results last Saturday :(

We are only doing one day :)

Does anyone have the trial schedule? I desperately need it so I can send off my entries

Thanks!

It has been added to the files in Agility Victoria list if you are on it - there is a problem with the format but I assume they will fix it soon

There is both Warragul AND Warringal in the files list. And no problem with the format on mine ??? Warringal's is also included on the club website. Warragul's is usually included on the club website, but not this year for some reason? Now I'm getting confused - LOL.

Problem with having to go to the files list is that it is in some sort of strange random order, not sequential so is a pain in the butt trying to find exactly what you want. And once a club has a file, they keep adding info. in the same file so you may have to scroll down quite a bit to find what you want.

Heidii, it's free to join Agility Victoria list (another yahoo group) and might be worthwhile for you if you are planning on doing any more trials in Victoria - especially as the 'holy grail' website has now gone - HATE the idea of now having to look elsewhere for trial schedules as it was brilliant having everything you needed in the one place and easy to access.

Hopefully someone will take on the job of creating another one if Pam doesn't want to get it up and running again - and I believe it's a bit of a thankless task, so don't blame her once Geocities folded.

Wouldn't it be great having one website Australia wide, divided up into states, that you could then find all trial information, schedules, etc. for the whole country????? I can dream, can't I.

  • 4 weeks later...

Hi all i'm a complete newby at forums, i don't know if this information is too late for you but as the Geocities website no longer exists

you can go to www.agilitytrials.info then just click on events on the left side of the page then click on the club you are after & its all there,

i thinks it's better than the old website

Too good to be true sadly - but wouldn't it be great?! Especially for those who like to wander over the border occasionally.

So you want a website that lists Vic Obedience schedules?

Yes please :( Wondering if they are all on the Yahoo obedience list?

and possibly other states aswell

Love to see one for agility - I'm sure there would be obedience triallers who would love to see one for obedience as well.

The website part is easy, it's getting the info to put on it that is the hard part.

Unfortunately you are exactly right !

I know it wasn't easy for Vic. agility before just getting all the 'same state' schedules sent to her to post, so can only imagine what a nightmare it would be trying to get them from everywhere. But I love the idea as a concept - and I imagine it would be pretty handy for obedience as well.
