She mayalso have a couple of hours 'break between 3 and 4 pups before continuing..my young bitch does this.. If she is calm and not straining, a couple of hours is fine. Ideally, we all want our puppies to all pop out quickly, but often the bitch has other ideas. If there is hard labour and no puppy after 30 minutes, I would definitely call your vet for advice. Can't wait to hear about the next bub(s)!! So I guess final count is 6 3 Boys 2 Girls and 1 Boy DOA will Post Pics Later today Can I add a Huge to Mersonmalinois and Missymoo who were online while the pups were arriving and calmed a very anxious and nervous mum. And Also how proud I am of my big girl Deedee who did such a great job. Maya the older sister was also very anxious throughout the night and daddy Cheeky was barking at the window where she was having the pups.
