monica666
Where do you guys source your pet mince (with bone)? Do you ask your local butcher to make it up for you, can you find it at woolies, leanords? hello tyler i work at Lenards chicken shop in Sydney. our pet mince is made up of the chicken frames simply put through the mincer. nothing is added. i get heaps of customers daily buying the pet mince. we also sell the chicken frames - 4 for $1.50 - great for the dogs teeth.,
luvsdogs
I still roughly follow the breeders diet with Tilba which was sardines in oil, raw egg, raw meaty bones, yoghurt & cottage cheese. All of these are alternated & added to her kibble which at present is Advance adult. In the past I have used Purina one, Innova & Supercoat. An ideal diet for any dog is raw meaty bones. bax09
I feed pro plan dry food and pro peak roll along with chicken necks, sardines and the odd bit of yoghurt. I just buy the pro plan when it is on special if I see it and then get three or four bags???? From other threads I have read....I think that cheaper food just requires you to feed more which = false economy. i.e you may only pay half the price but have to feed twice the amount?! Not sure how much you would save??? I am also interested in what others have to say........especially re the natural BARF diet....does this work out cheaper???
