pipsqueak
not exactly the same, but might be a start??? http://www.groomersproducts.com.au/framecollars_leads.htm
Echo
I make my own. They are pretty easy to make. The metal attachments can be purchased at Bunnings for a few dollars. Different sizes are available, so you need to match this to the thickness of rope you want to use. I buy the rope at a place that sells boats/marine supplies. This rope is very strong and will not rot. Can be bought in different thickness, depending on what you want and is also pretty cheap. You can then cut to any length you require. You can make one for under $10. Julie

rubyroo
I still cant go past lodge ropes. They will make to size and do splice ends instead of attaching D or O-rings and very reasonably priced. http://www.freewebs.com/lodgeropes/ Here is one I had them make for me,

Got a few things off them when I had the horses and then had a lead made for Darcy, and have just ordered a long line for my young pup. Awesome service and very reasonable prices
