Animal House
Are you sure your getting a staffy pup? Maybe its the picture, but doesn't look like a Staffy to me. :D
puggy_puggy
She's very cute but she looks very little. Ho wmuch did you think she weighed? I still find it strange that you had to meet the breeder and puppies in a car park. Wow are Reg STB puppies $2,000? ellz
Afraid she doesn't look 7 weeks in that photo either......PM me with the breeders' name by all means (won't go any further) and I can at least let you know if they're known to me (as a Stafford breeder/exhibitor) but on face value....I'm really not convinced. Why couldn't you see the parents? I would have at least wanted to see the mum.

WreckitWhippet
http://s420.photobucket.com/albums/pp286/W...ppies/?start=40 feel free to have a look in there. There's puppies of all ages , the white pied litter is about 6 or 7 weeks ( can't quite remember ) and some of the others have ages on there. They are not all my pups and are not my litters but it should give you an idea about what a bright healthy puppy should look like.

You can PM (private message) Ellz if you want to find out about what she knows about the 'breeder'. Glad you are having second thoughts, that is not a healthy looking pup. ellz
The OP has PM'd me and I have given my opinion. Unless the "breeder" shows regularly in country Victoria, they certainly aren't a breeder that I have heard much/if anything of. They also advertise that they have blues. One of the things I suggested the OP find out is whether or not the "breeder" does the usual health testing. This is one thing that helps to sort the wheat from the chaff. WreckitWhippet
Go and have a look at some other breeders puppies. I'm sure there will be plenty that will welcome you into their home ( providing you follow their rules about shoes, clean clothes and not touching the pups if requested ). You really need to see first hand what happy, healthy and well adjusted pups look like, so that you can make an informed decision. The last thing anyone needs is a sickly pet. It's also very important that you new pup has been well socialised in the family home and has experienced family life, noise, the vaccum cleaner, different floor surfaces and that it's been well handled. I cannot stress it enough. If you still think this is the pup for you , then by all means get her
