Gemelo
Besides I have been asked if Kite was a mini dane LOL! When we moved into the house the list was between Danes, GSP's and Aussies. Aussies won obviously but that was more of an energy thing - and a looks thing on my behalf! That and they are so smart.. which can be a bad thing as well! angelsophie
 if he goes missing at training you might want to look my way LOL what a cutie fiona! definitely bring the Areoguard - we were there Sunday morning for classes and they were monstrous! ....I'll be there - Archie in tow - he's a 12 week old GSP (10.2kg today as per the scales at the vets) ..... he'll be ecstatic to see everyone and will demand attention and cuddles from all those near him - I'm just the dolt on the end of the lead ..... this is our first class and I've never done this before - we can't stack, run or do anything but we're willing to watch and learn for the time being ..... oh this is what he looks like

The Ark
Oh dear whats wrong with poor chester? What about the maremma she not being showed? I got lazy with Aurea - figured it will be stinking hot at Maitland (sorry, but that's my forecast based on every other year I've been there), she's a big girl and doesn't handle the heat well, and the crowds might be a bit much for her. She'll be entered from mid-March though because she's a minor! Chester - ringworm! I took him to the vet yesterday and that's what it seems to be. I think after the puppies mauled him with their sharp little fangs that the fungi took over because of all this bloody awful hot, sticky weather. I'm treating him with Maloseb so hopefully he'll be cleared up and cover up his spots quickly. He has about 4 spots. Everyone else is good, thank goodness. Jessm
How were all the puppies?? And that sucks about Chester Deb! I can't believe Aurea is about to go into minor! Has it really been that long since I have seen you'se?! Ar, stupid me has just sent my show day n/as into work last week, rung up today to find out my free days next week so I can organise work at the clinic, and agreed to work sat next week...Got off thinking stupid me! Now i'm just going to have to stuff them around again!
FionaC
well its a good thing Archie is cute .... that's all I can say . ... . ...... ....... .. actually to be honest I think he did ok, for a dog (and handler) that's never done anything like this before we didn't completely make fools of ourselves I don't think did get to meet the lovely Toby and Maja (beautiful beautiful dogs!) an their equally lovely owners .... thanks guys for making us feel really welcome tonight - I really appreciated it(thanks for the loan of your daughter Bec for some puppy love/socialisation too - much appreciated) ..... need to bring a proper collar and lead though (turning up with a flat collar and a standard lead wasn't a good idea - but I'm expecting a lovely new lead to arrive in the coming days so that will be coming along next time I promise) ..... P.S if I thought I could have gotten away with stealing Maja I would have - I have never met a bloodhound before and she is just amazing .... such a beautiful natured girl (patient with a 12 week old GSP trying to jump all over her) just stunning! and Toby's the cutest little man I've ever met - his fur is so soft and crinkly .... it was my first Havanese and Bloodhound meeting moment tonight  Edited February 16, 2010 by FionaC
