Bellatrix
Has anyone ever given their dogs previcox as pain relief?
wylie
Sure have Much prefer it over metacalm etc as it has less side effects. Was pain relief of choice for my old boy Zac when he was first diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, has been given for relief with a broken leg and also after 2 Caesars. Kelly_Louise
Yes Chloe has them when her arthritis is particularly bad - work very effectively and don't have side effects. I believe they are more safe for long term use as well?

Bellatrix
Oh good. Im always paranoid about giving my dogs meds without researching and reading about it. Just had a bit of a read off google. Its just for my puppy who needs pain relief for an injury temporarily, not long term.

Gretel
Yes Gretel was on it for the last 12 months or so of her life for arthritis and it helped her a lot. I've also used it after surgery a couple of times.
