all that glitters Posted June 24, 2009 Share Posted June 24, 2009 Oh how weird, Shylas just lost some teeth in the past few days!! Her tiny front upper baby teeth, theres like 3 or 4 missing, and a lower one is crooked and on the way out. My girl is growing up! She hit the 4 month old mark this week. Weird that her ears went up and down during her 3 month age mark, with LOTS of mouthing and chewing, and now a month later she chews and mouths WAY less, ears have been perfectly straight up for weeks now, and NOW she loses teeth?! lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought he was getting better with his mouthing and chewing and I believed it was because of the constant "OFF" and ignoring him for a while, you have just burst my bubble. W Sibs Posted June 24, 2009 Share Posted June 24, 2009 shyla and charlie are the same age.. i just realise that! haha Charlie is 4 months today! a few weeks ago, i notice that charlie lost 4 bottom teeth.. he looked very funny, they have all grown back and now he lost 4 teeth from the top.. yep, still looks funny... haha i'm on a look out on missing teeth because i want to put it in a scrapbook, i'm making... but, have found nothing. is it possible that he swallow his baby teeth?! i love GSD ears, especially as pups. On Sunday she had lost two bottom front teeth and by Tuesday the adult teeth were through already, it was so fast. Now one of her top teeth is on its way out. I must be evil though as I just kept singing "All I want for Christmas are my two front teeth" and she kept cocking her head and looking at me odd, mind you she always does that when I sing. Actually that's not surprising. Her ears have been all over the place too, its a surprise every morning to see how they are set on her pretty little head. Give Shyla a hug for me! Grey Posted July 1, 2009 Share Posted July 1, 2009 lol i was pretty lucky and found a fair few of Skylla's baby teeth, including an impressive canine which i was over the moon about. at the mo they are in a specimen jar from work, and eventually i am going to put them in amber or some other preserving type of thing, maybe use it as a paperweight on my desk or some such :-) my mother reckons i should make a brooch out of them, but i am hoping she was joking in answer to a question before - it is more than common for pups to swallow their baby teeth :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
