Rysup
Umm no, young babies often have cloudy eyes, especially in photos.

fbc
I recently had a litter of pups and being soooo long since our last one had forgotten how long it takes for their eye colour to come in. I was worried for a while but now have some lovely dark eyed babies.
puggy_puggy
No cateracts there. Cateracts are usually an older dog problem. If I was to see cloudy spots in a puppies eye I would be more concerned about injuries and ulcers.
WreckitWhippet
They look like baby eyes to me... When buying a puppy check that both parents ( and see copies of the certificate ) have a current ACES eye certificate ETA: I meant to come back and add to this post this morning but had to go out. You should give your breeder the courtesy of contacting them first if you have any questions about a puppy you are purchasing from them.
