Princess Poodle
I have been reading up on recycling Poodle hair, as we seem to throw out a lot, and it seems a waste. Is there anyone in Australia who spins Poodle hair into yarn? I have found a few places in America, but would love to find someone here. I would also like to hear how other people dispose of all the hair...
redangel
Yes that would be interesting...poodle hair is definitely an infinite commodity. Any fluffy bits from my furkids sometimes gets pinched by the feathered locals...our neighbourhood nest are lined with it...they see it as a resource! puggy_puggy
I can remember ages ago something about people making clothes out of dogs hair. With a quick search I came up with this. Pet Yarn Chic Dog fur jumpers
Clyde
I chuck it. For the most part I do a clip off before I bathe and clip again then style. So, the majority of the time the clipped hair is dirty.
