luvsdogs
I imagine you'd fill out 2 entry forms from the same book as they are for different events. Edited April 2, 2009 by luvsdogs

Natsu chan
Entry forms for obedience and agility are different from the show ones. You need to by a book of them from the state body (if it's a one off I could post you one). I don't think there's an on line form like there are for the showing ones. You'll need to separate entry slips since they're different. PM me if you want one. Edited April 2, 2009 by Natsu chan
smisch
hang on heidii let me see if I can upload a file with an example for you!! ok lets see if it works.. should do.. I have filled out the forms accordingly to how I have always done it.. Follow that and you should be fine.. Which trial are you entering?? Hopefully we'll see you there lol we're still in novice agility so no doubt you will be well out of it by the time we get our title esp with our lack of training.. hope it helps! entryform.doc Edited April 2, 2009 by ♥-smisch-♥
Heidii
Thanks for your help guys!! I ended up entering on ozentries so was ALOT easier. I am entering in the Collie National agility thats in NSW. If on the day my dog isnt up to it (or more likely im not up to it and got heaps of butterflies) i'll just stratch him. He is entered in both Novice Agility and Confirmation :D
Natsu chan
Is every state different then? None of my entry forms look like that. I have books of entry slips from the VCA. Heidii good luck! Koori's first obedience trial was the last national. It's great to see all the collies, I'd love to go but it's just not possible. Do your best and have a fantastic time! And mind you tell us how it goes.
Dogs4Fun
Becuse of the nnumber of events in agility now, the agility people have managed to get ANKC to allow a modified entry form which simplified things enormously. the normal forms are of course still accepted, and you just write in the class you wish to enter, and stick to one form per class. Natsu chan
Ah! Thanks that explains it. When I first started trialling again the VCA said you had to use the obedience forms for agility too. I stand corrected thanks for explaining.
