Pukipoms Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 My pom has stains under her eyes, she has no eye issues like infections etc. How can i clear up the brown stains? also how can i post pictures? its just not working the upload part on thread. Christina Posted April 1, 2009 Share Posted April 1, 2009 Various causes. Vet is the 1st step. Yeast infection in ears, blocked tear ducts, no tear ducts,teething, dental problems. If none of above & vet cant find cause you could try changing diet, not sure if its relevant. Meanwhile wipe daily, just water on cotton wool & put in some Optrex eye drops, harmless but help a bit. Keep the fur near the corner of the eye short. Trim with scissors keeping the point away from the eye & cutting with the part further down where they open & close nearer the hinge.
