shepherdpower
Hi Guys What do you think is the best dog shampoo, preferably organic, that doesn't dry out the skin/coat. I have a long-haired boy (see photo on left), and a medium-haired female. I do use a conditioner as well. I've tried a few different ones over the years, but haven't really found one that I want to keep using, so any recommendations would be helpful. Gayle.
I wasn't keen on Aloveen, it tended to dry the Aussies coats, but I've found Plushpuppy conditioning shampoo to be excellent.
Crisovar
I like the Petway range, the Aroma Care S'poo smells devine, and a little goes a long way.
sas
I like Eqyss Shampoos, their conditioners leave a divine soft coat. I have short coated dogs so I'm not sure how it would make a medium-long coat sit.
Dogsfevr
As said already different coats different results. Also how the user uses the products makes a massive difference. What have you tried already, them we will no what you didnt like
shepherdpower
Okay, I have actually used the Aloveen. Have mainly tried to go with the more organic or herbal shampoos, but have not really found the right one, especially for my long-haired Shepherd. I have always gone for the milder shampoos. Have a look at the Petway soap free maybe.
