Herding Around Sydney

Hi,

I have a young border collie cross who I'm interested in doing herding with and was wondering if anyone could tell me when and where in the coming weeks/months i would be able to start her. (We are in the St George area, but willing to travel)

I know there's some at Erskin park, but was wondering what days it was on and cost and if i have to join a club or anything like that.

I currently work weekends, but should be able to get Sundays off if we could do it then. Or if there's private training during the week somewhere I would also like to look into that as well.

She has basic obedience (although she can be temperamental with it), and shows instinct when at the park both with birds and other dogs, so I'd like to let her exercise that instinct constructively.

I had seen that post but also looking for dates and such for this year, as well as any costs involved, neither of which are covered on that thread.

When I was interested in herding, I found the folks at www.dogsporttalk.com.au very helpful. Visit their site, they have a whole section dedicated to herding.
