Paganman
I think your doing the right thing the lab pups Ive met have always been really excitable and boistrous and Id reckon theyd need plenty of space to run around.I reckon it would be pretty hard to have one in an apartment and youd always be worried about the neighbors complaining coz it barked when it was playing or something or cried at night. If it was me Id be living on tender hooks and the worry would take away the enjoyment of having a pup. luvsdogs
You made a wise choice. A lab puppy would have not been a good choice for such living conditions. Please let us know if you get a house instead.
rish
What has your experience been with a labrdor puppy Leigh doesnt bark unless there is a "person" walking past. My other 2 bark at a shadow, and i think hearing "NO" taught her/+ having praise when it was a "person" added to that. They are outside alot, and there is a pathway between our house and the units next door,so alot of ppl pass . 1 thing !! (havn't read the other post's) give her lot's of things to chew !-heaps in fact
