Akay
Pet Cafe sell Vet's All Natural mixed with roo meat and call it "Meal for Pets". They sell a 1kg pack for just over $6 - I buy bulk and pay around $62 for 11 packs. I feed 3 cavaliers on one packet and have also fed BARF patties and calculated that it costs the same amount of money each day to feed the 3 dogs. I don't have any opinion on whether VAN is better than BARF, but my brother spent many hours researching dog food and concluded that VAN is an excellent product (not sure if he compared it to BARF though). My dogs do brilliantly on it and I've been feeding it to them for many years now. I credit the food with a lot of good things, regarding health issues, that have happened with the dogs. I won't outline them here because I know someone will come on and say it's not the food and just good luck or something. Benny, the 13 year old (who looks and acts like a 5 year old I was told the other day by a fellow Cavvy owner) absolutely thrives on the food, he's so full of beans. I think you should give it a try, I really do swear by the stuff :-) Edited March 19, 2009 by Akay
