All Victorians Please Note - OTEC/FOO's Training cancelled 3.03.09

Hello everyone,

Would all Victorians that are booked into attend FOO's training at the

State Dog Cente (KCC Park) tomorrow afternoon/evening please note that

training has now been cancelled.

This decision has not been taken lightly; but due to the severe weather

warnings for tomorrow, for the entire state, we believe this is the

responsible course of action for all concerned.

All the reports are advising that unless absolutely necessary people

should not travel therefore training has been cancelled for tomorrow

night.

Please accept our apologies but the safety of our members and their dogs

is paramount.

FOO's training will recommence next week on Tuesday 10.3.09, weather

permitting!!

I would appreciate it if members of this group could cross post this

notice to asssit in advising everyone who might be involved.

Wise decision - not only for safety, but if the weather is to be as rough as they predict, the dogs won't work well anyway. Not worth it for both reasons.

Good decision - I was going to leave Zig at home anyway, as he doesn't work in the heat, and just offer to steward.
