Just Midol
At the NDTF course they mentioned someone a few times who said something about dogs learning fastest when there is a sharp contrast between right and wrong or something like that. Anyone know who they were talking about?

I had typed most of it up but hadn't gotten to the page of authors yet. Edited March 1, 2009 by Just Midol
haven
Yes it is Konrad Most, from Training dogs a manual. From memory, so not a correct quote; It is the sharp contrast between the disagreeable experiences and the agreeable experiences that makes it easy for the animal to see where his advantage lies, and he learns very quickly.
