AnimalMad
Can anyone recommend a good stain remover? One of my wheatens has quite a lot of red lick staining on his undercarriage and i want to try to get the bulk of it off. Can anyone recommend a good product and where to get it from? Loraine
My mates maltyshoo licks his feet and she bathes them in Malaseb, leaves it on for 5 minutes and now he has lovely white feet.
AnimalMad
he is washed in Malaseb in the ares that are red (he is prone to contact allergies) but the staining seems to need something stronger to lift it as it hasn't gone away yet
BC
Personally I never found anything that got rid of it .... the only thing I could suggest is to find out whats causing the licking and treat it (maybe something more than Malaseb is needed ?) then let the stained coat grow out and clip it off I have found from grooming, if the dog keeps licking the area the staining will always remain. MiniMum
I've been told that the staining is from the dog's saliva?

Malaseb seems to fix the problem, we know what it is but can't find the source. We had the itching under control for 12months but just in the last couple of weeks it seems to have started to reappear. The vets monitor him for itching but it is not severe enough yet for medication.
