I'm still here - no trialling, first one back is a twilight at KCC next weekend

Just been really busy with work, no sign of it getting better either - and back at training at Ballarat on Sundays so Sundays are pretty much stuffed time wise for anything else :cheer: It'll get even worse once trial season really starts :)

Hope everyone is doing well  Too much yapping for me to totally catch up on so I will leave it at that

Glad you're still about, Jess.

Good luck at Skye next weekend!

Yep I will. I finish work at 3pm on Wednesday and the kids get out at 3:30.

I go grocery shopping Wednesdays but will leave it til you've been over.

The kids seem a little bit "take 'em or leave 'em" with the frogs actually.....

I think we've just got soooooooo many pets around the house they're a bit over it all!

Plus we'll have LOTS of little baby lizards around here soon too! :)

Some lay eggs while others have live young.

The ones we are expecting have live young.

No it wasn't the big fella ... I have fellas in with the ladies :(

And a tunnel for him to get IN means a tunnel for the others to get OUT, and they cost me $$$$$$ :)

Hey JJ, I have heaps of baby dragons in the garden :crossfingers: and of course a zillion frogs, but the dragons are so cute!! :crossfingers: Dogs are great, they never touch any of the garden critters.

any lizard pics? nice froggy.

Hello fellow Wigglebumian! I don't have any lizard pics any more but there are some of mine in the 'Herpers' thread in OT (Other Pets etc)

That's great your dogs don't harm the lizards... mine are pretty safe here too.

Wish I had dragons in the garden... do you know what they are?

Sorry JJ, i must have been editing when you posted ???

:crossfingers:

Bluetongues will often eat their young as they have no protective/parenting instinct from the minute they have birthed them.

Gotta be quick getting them out. We have growing racks in the house where they are kept warm (and safe from their parents!) until they grow a bit.

Shinglebacks, which I also keep, will protect and allow their young to 'live with them' for many years sometimes. Mind you, they only have 1 or 2 young, whereas the Bluetongues can have as many as 20! :crossfingers:

Aaah, yes. Breeding season for them! They are Pogona Barbata. Lovely dragons. I have some Pogona Vitticeps... their larger 'Western' cousins.
