J... Posted May 30, 2010 Share Posted May 30, 2010 A very late happy 10 week birthday to Vitasz (which is probably a lot closer to 11 weeks now!!) and you too as well RJ! I took Darcy and Zee down to the beach today and ran them ragged, then off to the doggy wash for a bath. Must be wash the dog day today in Wbool as there was a queue - I've never even seen anyone there before!! I had the seats folded down in the wagon courtesy of two big shelving units/cupboards from Bunnings. Grabbed a very late lunch from Maccas so the girls had a 50 c cone each for being good while they had a bath. Then Zee has realised she has full access to the centre console - so she's had a big long sniff of the empty Maccas bag (she knows she's not allowed to touch unless I say) so I offered it to her, she's taken it and run off to the back of the car so she can shred it and the contents in peace. No surprise for Gus as he was born good I think but Jane was great...focused and relaxed and not the naughiest girl in school for once...YAH! Here's a pic of the two of them together at home. Going by the pics I've seen I don't think Gus is going to be terribly big - just terribly cute! Speaking of cute.... Here's my latest 'addition' - Lilly. She's 12 months old and adorable. She has settled in here as if she'd lived here all her life. She's never met a baby before but after some initial trepidation is now totally smitten! I agree with you JJ...I'm beginning to think that Gus isn't going to be as big as everyone thinks. Time will tell and he does have big paws but I'm thinking large medium rather than large large now. I'm not sure exactly how many I've got, as whenever I look out the window all I see is a red blur racing past! No seriously though.... I have Belle, Amy, Tarni & Vitasz. None of whom are harem for the boy as Belle is his Mum, Tarni is his older sister and Amy is like his 3/4 sister. The newcomer Lilly is a girl I bred a year or so ago (Tarni's sister) who sadly needs to be rehomed. Lilly is the second girl from this litter who has come back into my care through no fault of their own. Lilly's owners employment has changed recently which includes frequent trips abroad and they & I all agreed that due to their lack of time available to spend with Lilly, it is in her best interests that she find a new home. Cavalblaze Posted June 3, 2010 Share Posted June 3, 2010 PUPPIES HAVE ARRIVED. 3 Ruby girls, 1 Ruby boy, 2 black and tan girls. Yep 6 puppies, not 4 as the ultrasound showed. We are battling to save the littlest Ruby girl, birth weight of 135grms, she is a fighter so fingers cross. Sorry for not posting earlier but I'm having a hectic day.
