Guest Pandii Posted June 21, 2009 Share Posted June 21, 2009 Car was easy to wash, ran it through guns and hoses, that removed most of it, the rest will come off with the pressure cleaner Whats the news on the child, we just did our application for funding, so glad I went through Janine, although was a bit shocked to see he was worse that first diagnose, but makes sense, I was often saying its like dealing with a 5 yo, well it turns out his mental ability is only that of a 5 yo so makes some sense. tez Posted June 22, 2009 Share Posted June 22, 2009 Thanks TLC...It was great to read how your lovely dogs developed along the way and its given me real enthusiasm to continue with the training. I'm thinking that some of the differences between Jane and the other pups is that they have all been rather protected up to this point whereas young Jane has been out and about since day 1 when we got her at 6 weeks. Because we had a very submissive fear aggressive dog for 14 years, ( not that she ever fought other dogs, she just would'nt let them within 10 ft of her without exploding into a snarling mess...and we went to 'special dog school for troubled pooches' for ages to try to help her and even they gave up in the end!!!!) we decided that socialisation was so important for Jane as we really want her to have a great doggy life. Gotta admit though, she is super energetic...she even wore out the border collie she played with today from next door so I think we will have our hands full!!! Its going to be an interesting journey! I think we all just enjoyed getting out of the house for the day - was our first day out since well before puppies arrived! The kids had had enough by the time we got home though but all kids were really good all day; yours and ours. Will definately have to get out again.... You heading up there? You got Boof in the Royal? The Vizslas are on the first day (19th sept) not sure about the RR though. If they are on the same day and you are entered we could go down together if you like. You are welcome to see the pups anytime, although I'm only going to be around on Sunday this week and the first of them are on a plane the next Thursday. Would lurve some nice pics of them... Just ask Linda (dont think she will ever recover from our last trip) And would love some help with the entry forms (so much to learn) Didnt know about the royal must look at mag and learn to actually read it LOL. tlc Posted June 23, 2009 Share Posted June 23, 2009 (edited) Pandii and RJ, Hubby came home with the FFK tickets and there was a bit of a stuff up, he had asked for 8 (5 for you Pandii) and (3 for you RJ) but they would only give him 5. I feel bad now as I told you both I would be able to get the tickets (hubby said he had them so I just assumed he had all the 8 I asked for, but when he bought them home there was only 5) So If it is ok with you guys, Pandii can have 3 and RJ can have two since Pandii has more kids but if you wanna take extras you'll have to pay for them I think they are cracking down because they are $30 a ticket now. Let me if know if you don't want them as I'm sure i will be able to find someone else who would gladly take them off my hands!! Edited to add. RJ how funny when I started posting your post wasn't there and when I posted it was, we must have been posting at the same time:laugh: let me know as soon as you can about the tickets. Thanks.
