Cat Posted February 1, 2009 Share Posted February 1, 2009 (edited) Sorry if this is a really basic thing...but I am having trouble making my photos under 40 kb without making them very small - much smaller than other people's seem to be. I usually use Microsoft Office Picture Manager and compress them for web pages, but that still only reduces them to 60kb. Compressing for emails is too small. I have tried changing the width size to 350 pixels, but that was still 50kb. Tried using Photoshop Essentials, but that just made it too small. persephone Posted February 1, 2009 Share Posted February 1, 2009 Hi- try THIS try different 'quality settings' until you get what you want it's my choice (when I don't use picasa ) there are lots of image resizers out there--- just find one which suits you!
