♪♫LMBC♫♪
We are currently using demodex dog wash to treat Darcy's mange. Does anyone know if its still ok to use Frontline on him at the same time?
InspectorRex
I waould not be using Demodex wash on a Collie type breed( Collies Rough, Smooth, Shelties, Border Collies , Beareded Collies etc) Unless it has been DNA tested as Clear for the Ivermectin Sensitivity- it could prove fatal
Gayle.
Does anyone know if its still ok to use Frontline on him at the same time? I personally wouldn't. Demodex is highly toxic, I'd be very reluctant to subject a dog to a second very toxic chemical.

Is there anything else we can use? I've found a few fleas on him over the last few days and I'm hoping I can stop it before it gets really bad. ness
I think Advocate is suppose to work on demodectic mites. Maybe might be worth using that.

That'll knock down the live ones, then repeat as the eggs are hatching.
