Keeping Cav Cool

Hi guys, this topic has probably been discussed before but have had a quick squiz and can't find it.

With two 35+ degree days in Melbourne and more warm weather to come, I wonder how you guys without air con keep your pups cool during the day?

Yesterday I had a portable fan on him in his playpen while I went out for a bit, and when I got home he was under a ceiling fan. I put a face washer in the freezer and then put that in his crate later on in the arvo. He seemed to like that. This is fine whilst on holidays...I go back to work on Tuesday next week and am out from M-F 8-4:30ish.

Any strategies on how to get him through the hot days (i'll put a couple of bowls of water, but anything else)?

What room temperature is getting a bit too hot for a pup?

Any advice or links to other threads much appreciated!
