Sheridan Posted January 3, 2009 Share Posted January 3, 2009 Just found a whopping great soft, fatty lump on Grump's back leg. It's off to the vet on Monday. I think it's just a sebaceous cyst grown large (he has a few sebaceous cysts but these are very small) but he's going to be 13 in a couple of weeks so obviously any sign of something out of the ordinary is very worrisome for us. It doesn't seem to be bothering him and when I took a look at it, he didn't take my hand off (always a good sign!). Please keep fingers crossed for us. My 10 and half year old border collie (Lady) As the same thing on her leg..... she as had it for the last month now, does not seem to worry her but she will be going to the vet for her other problems in a weeks time I will be asking my vet about her lump on her leg....... I didn't notice it during his marathon brush session or his bath yesterday and it certainly wasn't there when we visited the vet in November for his annual check up.
