In fact he thinks humans are here to pat him and tell him how cute he is When ever we walk and he sees people he will not continue to walk unless they pat him I think I have some neotopic here so I will try that first. If it gets worse we will go to the vet but poor little booger is itchy and red eta - sorry I didn't answer your question. I think he is a cross of some sort?
