Purple Julie Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 I only just heard that Jyra's mother, Jessie passed away recently. Here is the message I got: We have some sad news. Jessie died a few weeks ago. It was very sudden.I fed her her dinner and a little later heard her crying. She had twisted her stomach. We got her to the vet, but the vet was unable to reverse the twist. She loved chasing things and loved people. I know her owners loved her so much, they will be devastated. Jyra and I haven't seen much of her in the past 5 years as we lived in different states.
