4Paws the notice doesn't mention that all of the cats affected had eaten their food and that it was the only link found between all of them. The information was a direct quote from a highly regarded vet specialist who I'm sure wouldn't put herself in the position of being sued by Champion Pet Foods by saying something she couldn't prove.

Well I think I will just stick to the Pro Plan that I have been feeding for years. My dogs live to ripe old ages and are very successful in the show ring.

They have very few vet visits over the years either.

People love to read things on websites that bag certain foods , but my attitude is that if it isnt broken, why try and fix it

Wow scary stuff! And those poor owners believed they were doing the very best for their cats and buying one of the most expensive of foods. Very sad.
