poodlefan
I can't recommend anyone locally. I'd strongly recommend your friend drive to Sydney and see K9 Force.

nanna
I haven't used her myself, but Andina Faragher (from Thinking Dog - Dog Behaviour Counselling) has been recommended to a few people I know. She is Delta-qualified and has experience in dealing with dog-aggression issues.

Perry's Mum
I recommend K9 force as well, particularly if the problems are serious.
CP*
I've tried a couple of behaviourists in Cbr and Dr Sandra Hasset at Animal medical centre in Philip was the best. They might also want to try private classes at the RSPCA - they deal with aggressive dogs on a daily basis.
