AnimalMad
I recently has these two very large bouncy 4/5 month old Samoyed pups in for grooming (bath/comb out) and i was amazed at how different their coats & type are! What sort of coats am i going to end up grooming? is it too early to tell? The Male (left) reminds me of a large teddy bear, dense but little/no guard hairs whereas the female still has a dense coat but looks to have more guard hairs making her more recognizable as a Samoyed at this age. I have attached a couple of pictures of how different they are. I am curious to know if you can tell how their coats will mature at this age or is it too early to tell.. pebbles
The girl just looks far more mature than the boy to me. But then we all know the females are faster, cleverer than the males lol.

Rysup
Well in Kees you can get very different types in the one litter, just because they are littermates does not always mean they will look the same or have the same type of coat. They are a very cute pair!
