Kynan
Someone's poor little Lily cat was hit by a car last night and left dead on the side of the road. I was so upset for the poor owners who must've been worried for Lily wondering why she hadn't come for breakfast. I stopped and picked her up and she had a collar with her name and owner's number. I was so upset that I couldn't bring myself to phone them so I drove her to my caring vet and the vet nurse gently carried her inside and promised to call the owners. RIP Lily and hugs to owner Edited October 16, 2008 by Kynan
mona
RIP Lily You did a very caring thing by taking her to the vet and I'm sure her owners will be thankful for your kindness. At least they will have closure and will not be left wondering what happened
fifi
Thank you for doing such a caring thing, I think for all those owners who's pets vanish without any news - there is at least one owner who can grieve and bury their little Lily. fifi

baifra
You did a lovely thing for the owners. As upsetting as it was for you to do, at least the owners have their pet back and know what happened to it. Wish there were more people around like you. SAVWA
Wow, what a beautiful gesture.. Thankyou for your generosity and kindness in such a very sad situation. Sounds like Lily had her very own guardian angel to ensure she and her family were reunited no matter how tragic the circumstances. RIP lily xxx
sumosmum
Kynan, that was such a wonderful thing to do for the owner of Lily. It is very upsetting and sad to see pets left laying on the road or on the side of the road. I always try to do the same thing. I am sure they will be so grateful to know what happened to Lily and have some closure. You are so kind. RIP Lily, and so sorry for her owner's loss.
