shoemonster
I know its not a vca website, but this obed club website says they do http://www.godc.org.au/classstartingdates.html When the Club holds our Obedience Trials, volunteer as a Steward (at present, Stewards must be VCA members) which will give you a great insight into the world of Trialing. J...
I've been told that yes they can - as long it is for non official stuff. I.e they can marshall, do lead running and help with course setup and height charges. Scribes and timers are supposed to be members. Given the shortage of helpers at trials these days, I don't think too many are fussy about it.
