puggy_puggy
If youa re talking about the minced chicken carcusses then if you have a Lenards (chicken shop) near you most of them wil sell it but you will have to ask for it as it is out the back. Went to Lenards today to get some chicken mince like you said you have to ask. Got it home to Roxy ( 5month staffy ) gave her a hand full and i dont think it touched her sides on the way down so will be back for more she loved it
Belinda88
We purcahsed some minced chicken carcuss for our amstaff too - we got ours from Tasman Meats in Melbournes west. It cists less than $1.00 for a big portion - it comes frozen and lasts ages What I was wondering though is how much nutritional value does chicken carcuss have, mum seems to think it is mainly bone - which while we know is great, we weren't sure if there was much meat in the actual portion size? puggy_puggy
Minced chicken carcusses has exaclty the right proportion of bone to meat. I have only used to to feed puppies that I don't trust with chicken necks. With the puppies I would also add to the minced chicken carcusses some veggie & fruit slops (BARF veggie slops) and yoghurt and once a week some sardines, and offal. anniek
Minced chicken carcusses has exaclty the right proportion of bone to meat. I would suggest that that would depend on the frames - and where you get them. The quality of frames varies so much from shop to shop, and the Lenards (who mince the frames), tend to have very little meat and far too much fat on them. annieK
