Dame Aussie
I bought some lamb chews at the supermarket but when I got them home I see theyre dried lamb necks and theres bone in them.Do you reckon theyd be ok or do you think the bone will dangerous? We were going to buy some assorted pork chews the other day but noticed there was bone, we didn't get them just to be on the safe side....I'm not really sure if it would be a problem but we decided to not risk it and grabbed some pigs ears instead. Bjelkier
I got them for my dogs once and I am really glad I was there watching them eat it. All the bones break off and are very small and hard, I ended up taking them away.
puggy_puggy
How are they dried? You should never feed cooked bones. What preservatives are added? Um why not just get fresh lambs necks. Much healthier for your dog. Pigs ears are full of fat and when they are moist can be swollowed whole so can be a chocking hazard. Fresh bones are a far better idea.
