smisch
Well as many people may or may not know jock and I have continued in agility and he's loving it and we have obatined a few titles but my terrier mix snuppie (snoopy) has retired. I have continued training with jock and snoopy wants to join in and he's loving it again, i have taken him to proper training once and he loved it so we're going to do 2 events at the festival of agility Novice jumping and snooker cos they're both fun and easy to do) But my question is how do I take his enthusiasm from home and training and put in into the ring?? My title question, Jock got his JD title at Catslehill and I know your supposed to register it but I don't have the money to ontop of festival entries and my membership renewal but can I still add the JD and put him in excellent providing I register the title ASAP?? Cos I don't think it would be fair to ther novice dogs to be competeing against a dog wiht his novice title.. Thanks!

ANKC Obedience Rules You can't enter Novice Class once you are eligible to apply for the title and you can not enter OPEN class until you have lodged an application for the Novice title. DeltaCharlie
Agility Rules Seems you have to actually apply for the novice title to be able to compete in excellent. You wont be able to compete in novice as he is eligible for his JD.
