GreatBigPuppy
Is there anywhere where there is a list of vegetables that can be used in raw food and their benefits and potential side effects? I am feeling a little limited by the range of veg I am using.
sharsh
Is there anywhere where there is a list of vegetables that can be used in raw food and their benefits and potential side effects? I am feeling a little limited by the range of veg I am using. Hi, When I adopted my wonderful , yet very over-weight-coffee-table, lab I was lucky enough to be working in a place that had a kitchen..... the main veg I mixed with her food at the time was boccoli stubs. Took them home by the bagful and sliced and boiled them. Went down a treat as food "filler" and she lost 17kg within 12mths (with exercise of course). Really, dogs don't care about what veg tastes like, as long as it is mixed with the "meaty stuff" they are happy. Good luck!

Jey
Thanks. I was also wondering if dogs needed the nutrients from vegies.
