LilBailey
Hi All I'm looking at training DVD's at the moment but it's hard to know whats good and whats not and at $30 a pop or more I'm not sure I want to start buying up big. Although I'm sure I could. Is there any where I can borrow/hire them or get them cheap.
kelpiechick
Does your club have a library where you can borrow them? If not, maybe talk to them about starting one up. We have a library at ADCV where members can borrow DVD's, books or Clean Run magazine free of charge, but liable for replacement value if anything happens to them. Seems to work pretty well and the club is good about purchasing any recommendations.

kelpiechick
Where is adcv? Agility Dog Club Victoria (Altona North) Was there anything particular you were thinking of buying? I confess I am a junkie when it comes to agility DVD's and have seen quite a few. I am happy to give you a run down on any I've seen before you buy if that helps. I am also planning on posting some reviews of some of them here after they go in our club newsletter - have already done 'Control Unleashed' and am working on one for new Susan Salo Foundation Jumping DVD. And beware - once you buy one DVD , they are very addictive
LilBailey
Looking at anything really. I have started in Agility and the bug has bittin bad. My dog is learning so much faster than me I need to catch up. I thought that might have been what ADCV stood for. i have looked into there but I live in 1/2 hour out of Ballarat so a bit far to travel. Thanks for the link. Love the view from your place

LilBailey
Hmmm Sounds good. I do think that a lot of what the VCA do is aimed very much at the locals to the area. Us country folk miss out. Any one know how sending them works or even whats in the libaray?
