charli73
Hi! Our pup was at puppy school at 8weeks and was terrified! we thought we had the most timid GSD ever, but it took a few weeks to get over it, maybe a couple of months... puppy school will be the best thing for her, to help her meet and experience different things and other breeds in this crucial 8-16wk stage... our big tough shepherd hid under the chairs from the smaller dogs, can you imagine that??? but with time she came out of her shell and became a cheeky little monkey. Whoever the puppy school is Im sure they can make sure you encourage her slowly and gently not to freak her out or create bad memorys of puppy school.. just let them know and give her lots of time to get used to it..Its also a place to see different kinds of people which is the best thing for her. As for pppl coming to the house, just get them to sit quietly on the floor and maybe wait until she approaches them, it may take a bit but shes still young.... goodluck!
