Greychick
Not sure if they is the right place for this but have a question about my 7 year old female greyhound. She has developed a swelling of the Sclera (I think that's the white of the eye). Anyway there is some redness which seems to change from very red to barely red throughout the day. She is currently on Prednefrine Forte but the vet has said if it doesn't react to the drops she may need surgery to remove the swelling from the eye. He described is at similar to developing a skin cancer in which you initially have a benign growth which may eventually turn into cancer (that's the best despription I have anyway) and so the growth may need removing. It has come up over the last 2 weeks. Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this before. She doesn't seem to be in pain from it, just looks pretty terrible.
