melbournecritters
I am looking for food for when we bring our new pup home. Can anyone tell me whether Advance has a seperate puppy formula for large breeds? The one that I seem to be able to find is "puppy plus growth". Is 20kg for about $100 a good price for this? If it isn't the right one but the price is good I'll ask them if they will do the same price on the correct type for me. I believe our breeder is on the advance puppy program so we want to stick with this brand initially.
lucknow
Yes they have a Large Breed Growth. That price sounds about right, price where I work is $103 for a 20kg, same price as 15kg!
charli73
you should be happy with the Advance, thats what we put our pup on...
melbournecritters
I actually don't like it personally, it caused both our previous and current dog tummy upsets so I will reserve judgement until I have tried it on this dog.
Paulp
If your'e in the SE suburbs theres an animal feeds place on the corner of Lysterfield Rd and Wellington Rd that a couple of weeks ago had pallets of the 20kg bonus bags of large breed puppy food for about $85/bag (was spewing when I saw it, had just bought 4 bags elsewhere). Dogsfevr
Ask your breeder which variety they are using. Infact simply ask your breeder for the food fact sheet before you get your pup so you can have all on hand.

pennyw74
As far as I know, Advance has a Rehydratable food for puppies up to six months, then there is a Growth food. One is for large breeds. Here is the website: Advance
