On their website it says that you can use the neem concentrated dog and kennel wash 10:1 to refill. Does this mean that the pet spray is just a diluted version of the dog and kennel wash? Because the wash is 10 times cheaper than the spray! And also is anyone using the pet powder with good results? Im not too sure how/where to use that.
