If you are after top quality Id go the Mars. I got them and they will last me forever. Santorini are pretty good too. Dont go Shear Magic, waste of money.

Then there are the Kenchii.....boy are the nice, but so is the price! LOL!

That's interesting - I hate them, I find them really good until they need sharpening. My clipper sharpener pushes them all the time, raves about them. I have 2 straight scissors and 5 blades that I don't use because I don't like them.

He tells me that all the groomers swear by them.

I tried again, but I hate them.

If your after lower price the Wahl are good, if you don't mind spending the extra Mars, Jaguar are better.

There are several more I am sure that others will name them.

All depends what your prepared to pay.

I've just purchased a set of Talyn thinners from the States. They look awesome (although more than a tad weird compared to "normal" thinners) and come highly recommended. Can't wait until they get here so that I can try them.
